All interactive tools run entirely in your browser. Your data never leaves your device.

How It Works

Add timezones for each team member from 15 presets covering major regions. Configure working hours and minimum overlap duration. The tool calculates all possible meeting windows where everyone is within working hours, with a visual 24-hour timeline.

Features

  • 15 timezone presets: US, Europe, India, Asia, Australia, South America, Middle East
  • Configurable hours: set custom work start/end times (default 9 AM - 5 PM)
  • Minimum overlap filter: 30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours
  • Visual timeline: 24h UTC bar chart showing each timezone’s working window
  • Local time display: see what time each window is in each team member’s timezone
  • 5 example scenarios: US coasts, US+Europe, US+India, tri-continental, global quad
  • Private: runs entirely in the browser — no data transmitted

Use Cases

  • Planning recurring meetings for distributed teams
  • Finding the best overlap for cross-timezone pair programming
  • Scheduling international client calls
  • Evaluating timezone feasibility when hiring remote team members
  • Coordinating open source community calls across continents
